It's Christmas Time Tara and I were having a writing day, and we were talking about how neither of us had never written a Christmas song before! So, we thought we would take a crack at it! The evolution of songs is weird and fascinating sometimes, man. I started with a few totally unrelated themes, and then I sat back and thought, “What triggers the positive Christmas season feelings in me each year?” What came to mind was the music. Now, some Christmas songs are completely unbearable and I want to gouge my eyes out every time I hear them. And, now that I think about it, I hope the song doesn’t hit that hated Christmas song nerve for some people…. even though it probably will! HA!!
