The image is not to be mistaken with the original black and white lithograph that was printed previously by March Chagall himself in 1952. In this case, Mourlot's Master Printer and Chagall's close assistant, Charles Sorlier, reproduced all the colors in this delightful and rare lithographic poster. Ed. 500. Ref. Sorlier # 85.
