Afghanistan Revealed

This compelling documentary gives viewers a better understanding of war-torn Afghanistan and provides never-before-seen footage of the suffering and turmoil the country faces everyday. Sebastian Junger, author of THE PERFECT STORM, went on location in Afghanistan where he interviewed Afghan resistance leader, Ahmad Shad Massoud. (Massoud has since been assassinated two days prior to the September 11th terrorist attacks that took place in America.) Also includes interviews with Taliban soldiers detained by the Northern Alliance and refugees discussing the horrible torment and suffering they endure being under Taliban rule.
