This awarded release displays the internationally renowned trio in the peak of its excellence. Visiting classics such as "Aquarela Do Brasil" (Ary Barroso), hard sambas from the newer generations very popular for 20 years ("Samba Dobrado," Djavan), instrumental themes almost unknown by the broader audience ("Antiqua," Tom Jobim), they keep the same high standards of instrumental performance, arranging, and expression.
