Malice in Wonderland

Many big time '70s rock bands had a hard time carrying their success into '80s. But although Nazareth had already reached their creative and commercial peak with such releases as 1975's HAIR OF THE DOG, the Scottish band could still rock with the best of them, as evidenced by their first release of the new decade, 1980's MALICE IN WONDERLAND.Standout tracks include the album opener "Holiday," "Heart's Grown Cold," "Big Boy," and "Fallen Angel." The '98 CD reissue adds four tracks from a live EP released around the same time as MALICE IN WONDERLAND, with such Nazareth classics as "Heart's Grown Cold," "Razamanaz," "Hair of the Dog," "Talkin' to One of the Boys."
