In this session, we will train you on how to utilize Maintenance Request Records, including: Initiating a Request, Components of a Request,Stages of a Request, Converting a Request, and Cancelling a Request so you can build and implement these yourself. During this Service Block, you will learn about the sections of a Maintenance Request, understanding the status of Maintenance Request Records, how to submit a Maintenance Request, how to convert a Maintenance Request, how to cancel a Maintenance Request, how to Reply to a Requester, and how to find Pending Maintenance Requests.
