A Scene from Napi's is a solo for Bb Clarinet and Piano from the collection Scenes from the Cape.   This collection is dedicated to my brother, Jerry Nelson, who was a musician and puppeteer with the Muppets.    This MRNS Music Digital Download will include the clarinet and piano parts, a SmartMusic file, an MP3 of the piano accompaniment, plus a brief description of the solo.   Audio recordings of the trumpet solo version are available on the MRNS Music Channel on YouTube. Description:  Napi’s is a popular restaurant in Provincetown on Cape Cod.  Our family enjoyed many memorable meals there.  It is written in 3/4 time and is meant to be played in one beat per measure.  This is pretty, lyrical piece with some fun finger technique. Dr. Andrea Harrell served as a consultant on the clarinet solos in this collection.
