It includes a lightweight and durable rope adjuster with carabiner at one end, durable kernmantle rope with wear indicator, an abrasion resistant sleeve and either a self locking snap hook or self locking carabiner at one end. This lanyard is also specifically designed to allow you to open and connect the hook without getting your thumb or fingers in the way even with gloves on.
