The silver pendant is crafted with 925 sterling silver, comes with three genuine freshwater pearls and is strung on a 925 sterling silver cuban link chain.  Gold option comes in same 925 sterling silver plated in high quality 14k gold. *do not wear Horny Heart pendant while submerged in water, steam, or sauna* Akima wears a size L Mudd Pearl pieces are handmade and created on a made to order basis.
