Ming Blue Floral Mug Pier 1 Imports

This mug features a beautiful blue and white floral pattern which wraps around its exterior. There is a matching blue stripe on the top of the handle. Condition note: the blue stripe on the top of the handle is not perfectly complete at its highest point on top of the handle.  I don't believe it's damage, it just seems to have been painted that way.  Please see the 5th photo for a look at this.  The blue trim ring wrapping around the rim has some extremely fine scuffing on it, I discovered this when inspecting it using an LED lit magnifying lens.  Without the lens it wasn't obvious.
