Similar to a vanilla paste, this nectar is made from the "spent" vanilla beans I use in my vanilla extracts. But don't let that make you think it's a sub-par product - it has TONS of vanilla seeds & flavor. It is made by processing the vanilla beans with agave nectar and then running the mixture through a food mill, leaving the essential vanilla bean bits.
