What you'll get: Initial 45 min consult to talk about you, your practice habits, your goals and what you’d like to get out of this plan. Review of your current habits and tendencies  With that info, we will sketch out a plan for you.  Then we will have a 45 min min consult to review the plan, make any changes, answer questions and talk about ways to implement successfully!
