Beyoncé self-titled 2x Multi-Platinum Album Award

RIAA 2x Multi-Platinum Album Award for Beyoncé's 2013 self-titled solo album. Released on Dec. 13, 2013, by July 18, 2014 the album was certified Platinum by the RIAA.  Released without any advance publicity, Beyoncé's fifth studio album debuted at #1 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart. Singles included "Drunk in Love" (featuring Jay-Z),  "XO", "Partition" and "Pretty Hurts". The album was nominated for five Grammy awards including for Album of the Year, Best Urban Contemporary Album, Best Surround Sound Album, Best R&B Song and Best R&B Performance for "Drunk in Love".
