Chicago "Look Away" RIAA Gold Single Award

RIAA Gold Single award for Chicago hit "Look Away". Released on Sept. 9, 1988, it was certified Gold by the RIAA on Jan. 18, 1989 for 500,000 copies sold. The second single from the group's Chicago 19 album, "Look Away" hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100 in December 1988. With a lead vocal by Bill Champlin It became the band's third and most recent #1 hit on the Billboard chart and only #1 not sung by Peter Cetera.
