ELO Eldorado RIAA Gold Album Award
RIAA Gold Album award for ELO album Eldorado. Released in Sept. 1974, the album was certified Gold by the RIAA on May 5, 1975 for 500,000 copies sold. The concept album, subtitled "A Symphony by the Electric Light Orchestra" featured ELO classic "Can't Get It Out of My Head", which went to #9 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. The album reached #16 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, #4 in the Netherlands, #7 in Canada and it also charted in several other countries.
