Fiona Apple Tidal RIAA Gold Album Award

RIAA Gold Award for Fiona Apple's debut album Tidal. Released on July 12, 1996, the album was certified Gold by the RIAA for 500,000 copies sold on Dec. 19, 1996.  Apple put herself on the map with her track "Criminal", which won her a Grammy award for Best Female Rock Vocal Performance in 1998 after getting considerable airplay and rising to #21 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
