Guns N' Roses G N'R Lies RIAA Platinum LP Award

RIAA Platinum album award for Guns N' Roses album G N'R Lies. Released on Nov. 30, 1988, the album was certified Platinum by the RIAA on Mar. 1, 1989 for one million copies sold. The album added hit "Patience", which peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100, to the band's resume, along with fan favorite "Used To Love Her". This is the group's last album to include drummer Steven Adler, who departed in 1990. The album reached #2 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart.
