Heart Dreamboat Annie RIAA Gold Album Award

RIAA Gold Album award for Heart album Dreamboat Annie. Released in Sept. 1975, it was quickly certified Gold by the RIAA on Sept. 8, 1976 for 500,000 copies sold. This was the group's debut studio album and it featured the classic title track and other singles "Crazy on You", and "Magic Man". The radio airplay helped the album to #7 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart. The album also did well in Canada (where it was first released on Mushroom Canada, going double platinum) and other countries including Australia, Japan, and the Netherlands.
