RIAA 3x Multi-Platinum Album Award for Jay-Z album The Blueprint 2.1. Released on Nov. 12, 2002 and by just a month later on Dec. 10 was certified 3x Multi-Platinum by the RIAA. The album was a reissue and re-cut version of The Blueprint 2: The Gift & The Curse. With many guest appearances including then-girlfriend Beyonce, Dr. Dre, The Notorious B.I.G., Faith Evans, Beanie Siegal, Scarface, Lenny Kravitz, it also had a host of well-known producers. One single was released, which was "La-La-La (Excuse Me Miss Again)", which also was featured in the 2003 film Bad Boys II.
