New Kids On The Block released this second album after an unsuccessful first release to little fanfare. However, this outing became their breakthrough, although it was a slow builder. Powered by five Billboard Hot 100 top ten hits including "Please Don't Go Girl", "You Got It (The Right Stuff)", "I'll Be Loving You (Forever)", "Hangin' Tough", and "Cover Girl" the album was atop the Billboard Top 200 Album chart by 1989.
