RIAA Gold Album award for the debut album from Swing Out Sister entitled It's Better To Travel. Released on July 20, 1987, the album went Gold for 500,000 copies sold on April 22, 1988. The debut for the UK pop group featured the singles "Breakout", which went to #6 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, and #4 on the UK Singles Chart. Other singles included "Surrender", "Twilight World" and "Fooled by a Smile". The album landed at #40 on the Billboard Top 200 Albums chart, while topping the UK Albums chart.
