Shipment contains (ALL parts pre assembled with the exclusion of the backrest- which ships inside*):  complete set of Razor tour pak with chopped backrest. Fits: 1997-2008 Harley Touring models with the fixed mount or the detachable mounts.   For 2009-up models (modified fit only* based on the base ABS mold), need to re drill the holes at the bottom Note: No metal base plate, *You need to drill the holes for the chopped backrest; locations of the holes are marked inside of the lid If you want the wrap around backrest, please let us know, same low price.
