A common use is for connecting the output of a Lectrosonics Venue 2 receiver to the DNTBOB88 breakout box capable of feeding Dante network. Other uses come including connecting microphones to Lectrosonics processors. The rugged assembly is built wired in the standard configuration along with XLR pin 2 as audio (+), pin 3 as audio (f) and pin 1 as ground. The Phoenix connector is made enclosed in a rugged, 2-part shell.
