Description Mackie 3204VLZ4 32-channel 4-bus FX Mixer with USB The Mackie 3204VLZ4 is a 32-Channel 4-Bus FX Mixer that comes with USB from the VLZ4 4-Bus Series designed featuring an Onyx microphone preamps in a high-headroom / low-noise 4-bus design which is created with a feature set suitable for live sound. The Mackie 3204VLZ4 mixer comes equipped with the dual 32-bit RMFX+ effect processors,  and each of it is equipped with 24 effects with included tap delay. It also comes including a compression on dedicated channels and subgroups that are allowing for simple, sweet dynamic control. In addition, both of the FX processors are featuring a tap delay and the delays is possible to be easily synchronized along with the song at the tap of a finger. The processed signal is possible to be sent directly to the mains and monitors from the effects section or re-routed to the 2 stereo channels for bringing them through the EQ and AUX section, which utilizes the 60mm fader for drawing them into the mix. The 32-channel, 4-bus FX mixer comes equipped with 8 single-knob compressors for stopping the dynamic signals from poking out of the mix. There are 4 compressors can be found on the last 4 microphone inputs so that critical signals (such as vocals, snare drum, guitar or keyboards) is possible to be addressed. Additionally, there are single-knob compressors found on each of the 4 subgroups so that grouped signals (such as a drum set or a choir of vocalists) is possible to be blended together for paramount smoothness. This mixer also comes featuring a 4 x 2 USB recording and playback function. Meaning, that up to 4 signals is possible to be recorded at the same time and a stereo mix returned to the mixer for playback. Its built like the toughness of a tank construction is capable to deliver years of reliable use under strenuous conditions. The VLZ4 4-Bus Series offers a compact FX mixer solution in a design that’s flexible, rugged, and professional. 4-bus mixer featuring high-headroom, low-noise design Boutique-quality Onyx microphone preampsWide 60 dB gain range128.5 dB dynamic range+22 dBu line input handlingExtended frequency responseDistortion under 0.0007% (20 Hz to 50 kHz) Improved RF rejection, suitable for broadcast applications Dedicated inline channel compression for critical inputs High-headroom line inputs with dedicated inserts 18 dB/octave 100 Hz low-cut filter on microphone input channels Level, pan, solo, and overload / mute LEDs on each channel Four subgroups featuring dedicated inline compressors for total dynamic control Six AUX sends with inserts, pre / post fader, and internal/external FX send options Two stereo returns and four group outs with inserts Dual 32-bit RMFX+ processors featuring 24 gig-ready reverbs, choruses, and tap delay for live applications Integrated 4x2 24-bit USB interfaceStream subgroups or master L / R to your PC or Mac for recordingUse your favorite plug-in live via AUXES 5 / 6Convenient stereo return to mains for music playback or return to channel to implement EQ, AUXES, and more Sealed rotary controls resist dust and grime Built-like-a-tank rugged steel chassis with powder-coat finish High-visibility, high-contrast controls deliver convenient at-a-glance visual feedback Universal power supply for worldwide use Applications: Live sound mixing, houses of worship, clubs, gymnasiums, banquet halls, conference rooms, boardrooms, multi-track studio and field recording, video post-production, multimedia applications, broadcast, and many more Specifications Noise Main Mix Noise:Main Mix Fader at Unity, Channel Faders Down: -84.5 dBu (-88.5 dB signal to noise ratio, ref +4 dBu)Main Mix Fader at Unity, Channel Faders at Unity: -80 dBu(20 Hz to 20 kHz bandwidth, 1/4" main out, channel gains at unity, channel EQs flat, all channels assigned to main mix, odd channels panned left, even channels panned right) Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) Microphone In to Insert Send: <0.001%Microphone In to Main Out: <0.005%(1 kHz at 15 dB gain, 20 Hz to 20 kHz bandwidth) Crosstalk / Attenuation Channel Mute Switch Engaged: -90 dBuChannel Fader Down: -88 dBu(1 kHz relative to +10 dBu, 20 Hz to 20 kHz bandwidth, microphone in, 1/4" main out, gain at unity) Frequency Response Microphone input to main output (gain at unity)+0, -1 dB, 20 Hz to 50 kHz+0, -3 dB, <10 Hz to >100 kHz Equivalent Input Noise 150 Ω Termination: -128.5 dBu, 20 Hz to 20 kHzMicrophone input to insert send out, maximum gain Common Mode Rejection Ratio Better than -70 dB at 1 kHz Maximum Level Microphone In: +21 dBuAll Other Inputs: +21 dBuMain Mix XLR Out: +27 dBuAll Other Outputs: +21 dBu Impedance Microphone In: 2.7 kΩChannel Insert Return: 2.5 kΩAll Other Inputs: 10 kΩ or greaterTape Out: <10 ΩAll Other Outputs: 120 Ω Equalizer 3-Band EQ (Mono Channels):High Shelving: ±15 dB at 12 kHzMid Peaking: ±15 dB sweep 100 Hz to 8 kHzLow Shelving: ±15 dB at 80 HzLow Cut Filter: 18 dB/octave, -3 dB at 100 Hz4-Band EQ (Stereo Channels):High Shelving: ±15 dB at 12 kHzHi Mid Peaking: ±15 dB at 2.5 kHzLow Mid Peaking: ±15 dB at 400 HzLow Shelving: ±15 dB at 80 Hz USB Format: USB 1.1I / O: Stereo Input, 4-Channel OutputA / D / A: 24 bit, 44.1 kHz / 48 kHz Power Consumption 65 W, 100 to 120 VAC, 50 to 60 Hz Operating Temperature 32 to 104°F (0 to 40°C) Dimensions Height:Front: 1.8" (46.3 mm)Rear: 6" (153 mm)W x D: 38.0 x 19.1" (964.0 x 486.0 mm) Weight 39.0 lb (17.7 kg)
