When it is connected using its single cable, it is adding 3 more circuits, that makes it a total of 6, to the MS301. The new circuits is capable of all functions similar to the original three, and it is also operated using the same manner. The Pro Intercom MSM301 is powered using the MS301 and with that it doesn't adding any extra power to the system. The Pro Intercom MSM301 is giving the operator the capability to communicate independently with three more circuits. Because each circuit of the MS301 and the MSM301 are capable of being either intercom or IFB channels, the need for a whole separate IFB system may be eliminated.
