A drug addict scrambles to track down $8 million of heroin while pursued by the city's rival mob bosses.An ex narc. known on the street as Mason Jars, now a heroin addict, finds a notebook that contains clues to the whereabouts of millions of dollars of stolen heroin. The heroin belongs to a drug kingpin, a madman named Alphonse Dente, who would kind of like them back. The man who stole the drugs, Ritchie, has just been torn apart by the kingpin's thugs and Doberman Pincher.
