MWC G10 - Remake of 1982 to 1999 Series Watch in Stainless Steel with Plexiglass Acrylic Crystal 12/24 Hour Dial Format and Battery Hatch
SKU Code: G10PL/1224 This MWC model is an exact remake of the watch we produced between 1982 and 1999. While it closely resembles our current models, it features the traditional plexiglass crystal, making it visually indistinguishable from the original, as seen in the final image. However, we have made significant improvements, such as extending the battery life to 60 months, compared to the original's 18-month lifespan in the early 80s. Key Features: Improved Battery Life: Now features a 60-month battery life, a significant upgrade from the original 18-month lifespan. Enhanced Nighttime Visibility: Utilizes Super Luminova for improved nighttime visibility while retaining the historical encircled T on the dial. Super Luminova operates like a light battery, glowing in the dark after sufficient activation by sunlight or artificial light. Durable and Reliable: Extensively evaluated by military personnel in various locations, proving long-term reliability and durability. Historical Accuracy with Modern Improvements: While this model remains visually identical to the original watches made in the 1980s and 1990s, it incorporates several detailed improvements, making it superior to its predecessors. Super Luminova pigments, which are 100% free of radioactivity, replace the original tritium paint, addressing aging issues associated with old radioactive pigments.
