These drops target various affections of the right-sided ovaries, including inflammation, adnexitis, salpingitis, and parametritis. They are also indicated for cysts and benign tumors of the ovaries, as well as edema of the larynx and the early stages of appendix inflammation. Experience relief for abdominal discomfort with DR. RECKEWEG R38. Dosage: As a prolonged cure, 3 times daily, 10-15 drops in some water before meals. In the case of acute inflammation and convulsive pains or colic, a more frequent dose is to be administered. According to the degree of symptoms, every 5 minutes or every 15-30 minutes, 10 drops (possibly in a little warm water).
