Lemon essential oil has a clear characteristic smell, fresh, juicy, sour. Lemon oil almost lacks the sweetness that orange and grapefruit essential oils have, but has a very distinct candy-like coolness. The cold-pressed oil is sour, rather sharp, with nuances of fresh green and woody notes. The aroma of lemon essential oil inevitably evokes associations with lemon juice to the point of salivation. However, despite its expressive, strong scent, lemon oil mixes very well with most other essential oils and behaves quite modestly in the mixture, not particularly focusing on itself.  Composition : 100% lemon oil, limonene*, α-Pinene*, Citral*. *components of essential oils.
