The magnesium oil vital 1000 ml is a natural 31% Zechstein magnesium chloride solution for applying magnesium to the skin. It is used externally for massage, regeneration and care. Magnesium oil is so called because the consistency is reminiscent of a soft, nourishing oil. However, it is not an oil and will not cause oily stains. The optimal application:Apply 5 to 20 sprays daily with a spray bottle on arms, legs and/or stomach and massage in gently (skin care). Leave for at least 15-20 minutes, after which it can be rinsed off if necessary.
