MedPharma Beta carotene 10,000 IU + Panthenol + PABA is a dietary supplement containing beta carotene, panthenol and PABU. Beta carotene is one of the sources of vitamin A that is required for the formation of rhodopsin, a visual pigment used in low light.  Ingredients: Panthotenic acid (panthenol) 10mg, PABA 10mg, beta carotene 6mg in 1 capsule. Gelatin,  soybean  oil, thickener (glycerol), beta carotene, polishing agent ( beeswax  ), emulsifier (lecithin), calcium D-pantothenate, PABA (paraaminobenzoic acid), purified water, coloring agent (iron oxide red). Dosage: 1 capsule once a day. Warning : It is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not for children under 3 years.
