NOEMI eyebrow tinting set

We recommend using 0.5 cm of color and the same amount of oxidant. Using a brush, apply the resulting composition exactly according to the desired eyebrow shape. Gently apply the color to the eyelashes in an even layer. The eyes should be closed during coloring. The exposure time of the color on the eyebrows is 8-10 minutes for a natural look, or up to 15 minutes for a strong effect.  After the lifting procedure and after eyebrow lamination, the exposure time is 1-3 minutes depending on how strong the desired shade is.
