Septabene pastilles are used in: throat irritation, irritation of mouth and gums gingivitis (gingivitis) Pharyngitis (pharyngitis) laryngitis Dosage Adults and children over 12 years use 1 lozenge 3-4 times a day. Children 6 to 12 years of age use 1 lozenge 3 times a day.
