Designed as one of Izzo’s most professional machines yet, the Pompei 1 Group Spring Lever is a manually operated espresso machine that guarantees Neapolitan-style espresso extraction. It is programmed with internal systems that automatically regulate the pump pressure and water temperature for the boiler to ensure overall consistency. The pump can also be engaged manually to control the water flow based on the desired espresso flavor. An internal pump is responsible for forcing water through the espresso grinds. Compared to a steam machine, this pump-driven machine is able to generate greater pressure, which results to finer tasting espressos. The Pompei 1 is most suitable for baristas with at least intermediate-level skills.
