If you are... you’re in for a ride. This coffee comes from one of the all time heavyweights in the co-fermentation game, Finca Monteblanco. Monteblanco is a family owned operation in Huila, Colombia. The farm has earned bragging rights for its Purple Caturra, a rare varietal that's been growing on the property since the 1980s. For this batch, they put it through a natural process with a fermentation stage lasting 190 hours, which is every bit as bananas as it sounds.
