Jalapeno Corn Bread Mix

A spicy twist on our Classic Corn Bread. This makes the perfect complement to our delicious, hearty soups. Simply add 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oil, 1 cup milk, and bake. This cornbread makes a wonderful entrée. Contains: wheat Vegan Made in Michigan Recipes: Jalapeno Corn bread Ingredients: 1 packet Corn Bread Mix 1 packet Jalapeno Pepper Dip Mix 8 oz. sour cream 3 eggs 1/2 cup oil 1 cup milk 2 cups shredded Colby-Jack Cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 375°. Coat a 13x9-inch pan or baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Pour batter into pan/baking dish and bake for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is lightly browned and a wooden toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool slightly; cut into squares to serve.
