Widow Jane

A blend of bourbons aged 15 years and up, this is the follow-up to the most decadent expression in Widow Jane's lineup. Finished in air-seasoned Appalachian oak and bottled at 99 proof, it's their oldest offering. Batch 3, Bottle 1741 With a mahogany appearance, the nose brings a scent of maple syrup barrels, along with a delightful aroma of maple and sugared nuts that is accented by oak and herbs. The palate is rich and creamy with more sweetness, as well as notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and caramel. The finish is wonderfully long with notes of dark sugar, tobacco, and sweet butter.
