Dijon Mustard Powder Also Known As: Dehydrated Dijon Mustard, Dijon Mustard Seasoning, Powdered Dijon Mustard Ingredients: Dijon Mustard (Distilled Vinegar, Mustard, Salt, White Wine (contains sulfites), Citric Acid, Tartaric Acid, Spices), Maltodextrin, Food Starch-Modified, Natural Flavor. Taste and Aroma: A little bit of mustardy heat with some sweet notes. Uses:Dijon Mustard Powder pairs well with grilled or roasted pork, salmon and lamb. Can also be used in a traditional mustard vinaigrette or as a popcorn seasoning! Substitutes: Apple Cider Vinegar Powder, White Distilled Vinegar Powder and Worcestershire Powder. Fun Fact: As opposed to most other styles of mustard which are ground with vinegar, Dijon mustard gets its slightly sweet flavor from mustard seeds being ground with verjus, an immature wine.
