Strawberry Gelatin Also Known As: Strawberry Gelatine Origin: USA Ingredients: Sugar, gelatin, fumaric acid, sodium citrate, contains 2% or less of salt, potassium sorbate (preservative), artificial flavor, red #40, sugar and dimethyl-polysiloxane. Taste and Aroma: Sweet, pleasant and fruity Strawberry Flavor. Uses: Use a heaping 1/3 cup of gelatin for 1 cup boiling water and 1 cup cold water for - Strawberry Jello, Strawberry Pie, Rhubarb Salad, Pudding or Strawberry Cake. Substitutes: Cherry Gelatin, Unflavored Gelatin or Agar Agar. Fun Fact: Gelatin is extremely versatile, with applications in the photography, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
