Fireside Oolong - Classic Sachets
Place : Nantou, Taiwan Cultivar: Si Chi Chun Description: This is a tung ting rolled ball Oolong from Nantou county, Taiwan. This tea is medium oxidized and mid-fire baked with a distinctive golden color liquor. With its roasted nut aroma, sweet caramel and almond notes, this oolong is delightfully unique. It is excellent prepared either hot or cold, outdoors and indoors, any time of the year. One of our favorite places to enjoy this tea is gathered around a fire with family and friends. Brewing Instructions Ideal Infusion: Place 1 tea sachet (2.5g) in 8oz of 195-200°F hot water for 1-2 minutes. You may infuse multiple times to your taste. Chilled Fireside Oolong: Use the ideal infusion instructions and let the tea cool down. Then pour the tea in a jar with a lid and place it in the fridge for a few hours. Cold Brew: Place 1 tea sachet in a room or cold temperature water in 12oz jar with a lid. Place it in the fridge and leave it for 1-2 days. Then enjoy. The longer you live it th
