Majestic Mountain (Nantou) - Classic Sachets

Place: Nantou, Taiwan Cultivar: Jin Suang Description: This is a jade type oolong with deep green tightly rolled leaves, 10-15% lightly oxidized, and baked. The tea leaves develop a natural creamy silky character with subtle orchid notes because of the number of leaves plucked from the bushes. This tea is from Nantou county, which lies at the geographical heart of Taiwan. It is the home to Mount Jade, the highest peak. It is Majestic and so is the tea! We enjoy this tea for its naturally fragrant floral aroma, delicate milky flavor, and  lingering finish. Brewing Instructions Ideal infusion: 1 tea sachet, 8oz of hot water 195°F, 1-3 minutes. Take out your tea sachet once you reach your ideal infusion. Then infuse it again when you are ready for more.  Chilled Tea: Infuse your tea sachet multiple times and let it cool down, then pour the tea in a large glass container with an airtight lid and place in the fridge until it is nice and chilled. We leave ours overnight and enjoy it the next
