Locks the Seaflow bilge pump to the inside bottom of the M4 tank. Removes the need to cabletie the pump to the fine filter. Directions: 1) Unsnap the bilge pump filter base from the motor; 2)Drill matching holes into the filter base to match lock plate holes; 3)Secure the pump filter base to the lock plate using a cabletie; 4) Snap the bilge pump into the filter base.
