It has a built-in analog thermometer with an angled bezel for better visibility. Two cast stainless steel E-burners with 1/4-inch thick walls and precision porting provide a total of 50,000 BTUs on the inside of this grill. Where others might fail, dependable hot surface ignition always lights your burners. As a backup, flash tubes are used.Flavor grids are placed above the burners to evenly distribute heat and protect them from debris and grease. The patented Diamond Sear cooking grids cover the cooking surface. These grids have a non-stick matte surface and a trapezoidal shape that efficiently transfers heat from the burner to the cooking grids' wide surface. When not in use, the warming rack above can be adjusted and moved out of the way.
