System Relocation Inspections
BrainsWay has a strict policy regarding device relocations. At this time, BrainsWay cannot physically relocate the device for you. You must arrange to have the system moved on your own. However, BrainsWay will provide a pre- and post-relocation inspection of the equipment, and will assist with preparing the system for relocation. Once the equipment is prepared and inspected, the customer must package the equipment prior to relocation. BrainsWay will be happy to supervise the packaging process so that critical components are protected during relocation. However, the customer is ultimately responsible for providing packaging supplies, packaging the system securely, and physically relocating the system. This service is free for systems under an active lease or service agreement, but will come at a cost for those who are not.
