MylesHigh Mayfly, Flashback Tungsten BH

Inspired by the classic pheasant tail, this fly uses stripped peacock herl to create a realistic slim profile. This fly imitates a variety of mayfly species found in western trout streams and fishes well on both a nymph rig and as a dropper. We particularly like this fly in sizes 14-16 tied on a Daiichi 1150 to fish as a low-column emergent mayfly making its way off the bottom.
