When we first began experimenting with blending coffees of different origins and processing methods, we wanted to create a balanced, multi-purpose coffee that would shine as drip, espresso, or iced and have that “special” something. The result was this coffee, the blend of a rich, chocolate-y Central or South American (rotates seasonally) and a clean, fruit-forward naturally processed Ethiopian.  The Belle Epoque blend tastes equally good black or with milk. In lattes and cappuccinos, the flavor reminds us of strawberries and cream. Sometimes two different coffees can come together to create something truly new, truly special.
