No surprise as it is designed by a trained sculptor and made by hand. The rounded cylindrical drum has a rubber base for easy traction, and the utilitarian serrated brass arm ensures a clean break in the tape every time. Although it was manufactured in the English countryside, it still fits standard Scotch tape.
