2015 Great Southern Chardonnay - 12 BOTTLE CASES ONLY

We love this wine for Thanksgiving.  On the nose this wine has bright scents of citrus and white peach with a subtle flint character. In the mouth its citrus and stone fruit with oak playing a subtle role in the background. The wine is bright and mouth filling with an acidic backbone and a long lingering finish.  It's an excellent example of the quality Chardonnay produced in the Great Southern region of Western Australia.
