Chateau La Verriere 2019 Bordeaux Superieur France
Blend - 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon Winemaking - A good control of the vegetation and a rigorous monitoring of the maturity makes it possible to obtain healthy and ripe grapes, of great richness. At the entrance of the vat room, the grapes are destemmed and put in vats to carry out the alcoholic fermentation. Daily pump-overs and monitoring of maceration for about 30 days facilitates the optimum extraction of polyphenols. A careful aging of 18 months in barrels and vats allows this wine to express power and elegance. Tasting - Deep purple color, powerful and silky tannins.
