Using a biodynamic organic farming method, this tea is harvested during the early days of spring, making it a first flush spring tea. Ingredients Pure buds, a mix of soft, plump needle tips and small, young leaves. Country of Origin Guangxi, China. Brewing Guide Place 2g of Silver Needle White into a warmed glass. Pour 90°C water until it reach about 1/3 capacity of the glass. Gently sway the glass to let tea leaves absorb the water. After 2 mins, pour in the the water to the full of the glass. Brew for 2-3 minutes for the first brewing, longer time for the following brewing. Note: The Silver Needle White Tea stands up to four brewing.
